About this cottage rental

No fees from us! (NO cleaning fee, hidden extra costs, etc.) We clean ourselves allowing us to keep our costs low and save you money. Keep it simple at this peaceful & centrally-located guest home studio. 10-25 min drive to Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, & 30a. This standalone studio cottage is all yours; parking, entrance, etc. Long driveway & safe neighborhood well suited if you are hauling a boat, trailer, jet ski, etc. Just a few blocks from the beach. Very quiet area.

Super cute little place! It was walking distances a few blocks from the beach!

The finishes in the place was fine, comfortable bed, owners even let us check in an hour early. However the air conditioning couldn't keep up. Noticed there was a gap in the metal sheeting which is the ceiling and there was no insulation. We had to leave to escape the heat and come back after dark when it cooled down. At that point the air conditioning was fine. Also exposed electrical wires from the bathroom going into the metal ceiling was only wrapped in duct tape not conduit.
