Villa Charlene lies in the Capo d’Orso Natural Park and at only 250 meters from the beach.
The property is very private and also has a private parking space.
You can reach the villa via 50 steps or alternatively via a path through the gardens.
More precisely, it is located on the main road that connects the towns of the Amalfi Coast; about 8 minutes by car from Maiori, 30 minutes by car from Amalfi and 20 minutes from Salerno.
The two neighboring towns (Minori and Maiori) have a local flavor and have some truly wonderful restaurants and also all the amenities you need.
This charming villa, with an area of 160 sqm, surrounded by large and lush green spaces, lush lemon and olive groves, also offers unparalleled romantic views.
It is the ideal solution to spend time with family or friends, rediscovering traditional local flavors thanks to the garden cultivated for guests and the variety of fruit plants.

In addition to the gardens, Charlene also has terraces (about 200sqm) with barbecue, solarium and a patio overlooking the Infinity Pool with a breathtaking sea view.
The infinity pool can also be heated upon request.
Also, an elegant outdoor dining table overlooking the sea completes the exterior of the villa.
The Villa maintains its original charm with the ancient terracotta floors, vaulted ceilings and also antique and rustic furniture.

2 living rooms with stone fireplace , a large kitchen on two levels, typical of the farmhouses, fully equipped and also a wood-burning oven for pizzas.
Charlene has air conditioning, bed linen, towels, high chair, cot for babies, safe, flat screen TV with satellite channels and wi-fi.

This place is AMAZING! From check-in to check-out, you will love your experience at this villa. We have traveled extensively throughout Europe and this place stands above the rest. The check-in was so smooth. Federico was there to greet us with a delicious welcome lunch. The villa is exactly like the pictures. The property is absolutely magical. We were traveling with our young daughter who absolutely loved the pool. Great location! Near excellent beaches and restaurants and the villa has its own parking spot. One word of advice… if you are considering staying at this villa, BOOK IT! You will not regret it. I

Firstly, we had great communication with the management company and were met on arrival. Our bags were taken up to the villa and we were greeted with an amazing buffet of Italian food. The villa itself is a restored building and completed to the highest level with excellent furnishings. The fridge and cupboards were stocked with fresh fruit and vegetables. And the views were incredible
