About this villa rental
The western part of the Amalfi Coast, located between Amalfi and Positano, is characterized by wonderful natural inlets, continually kissed by the sea.
The Conca dei Marini’s Bay, in the ancient fisherman village, framed by the rocky surroundings and also by the scenic houses. This is one of the most beautiful and renowned coastal resorts.
Fully overlooking the sea and enjoying the splendour of the unrivalled beauty bay, Villa Oriana lies in its magical magnificence.
The splendid villa is directly approachable from the main road SS 163 and then through a path of about 100 stairs.
An extraordinary combination of amphora, garden sculptures and bougainvillea is the unique setting for this famed Villa Oriana.
Villa Oriana also boasts a habitable surface of about 250 sqm distributed on three levels.
Beautiful equipped terraces surround the villa giving it a very panoramic overview.
The main terrace boasts a charming hydromassage pool in the rock with chromotherapy and also cervical massage.
The pool can also be heated.

Villa Oriana consists of three levels and opens itself on a very panoramic and equipped terrace of about 70 sqm, provided with brickwork benches, wicker sofas and also a barbecue.

Entrance; living room; dining room; sitting room with satellite TV and DVD player.
Equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooking plate with 5 stoves, wood oven, dishwasher, exhaust fan, oven, table, chairs).
Laundry corner (washing machine, laundry basin).
Bathroom (toilette, basin) and also a romantic double bedroom with a hydro massage shower bathroom en suite.
The bedroom, furnished with fireplace and poster bed, has an independent outside access opening on a small terrace provided also with a small service room.

The lower level of the Villa
A small studio apartment opens up to an extraordinary panoramic terrace.
This small unit is composed of: – Living room with cooking corner (fridge, two electric stoves), balcony and double bed sofa, TV and wardrobes.
Double bedroom with balcony and shower bathroom (shower, basin and toilet).
All bedrooms have smart tv.
From the lower floor of the Villa it is possible to directly reach the sea through stairs leading to the common road onto to the beach.
Villa Oriana is surrounded by about 6.000 sqm of private garden provided with splendid paths with fencing, several relaxation zones/areas with benches, semi covered wellness area and also a natural grotto with sofa bed.
Most important: on the street level a garage for one medium size vehicle is available.
Villa Oriana lies in an enviable position to reach the sea and also to make use of several services.
Finally, at about 50 meters from the Villa on the SS 163 is the bus stop offering you the public state travel service SITA.

We stayed here for a girls trip and it was lovely!! The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and the patio was spacious and relaxing!! Amila is a wonderful resource while you are there - he was always available to help with everything we needed and was so pleasant to be around - thank you Amila!! There are a lot of steps up and down and you do have to do a water taxi or taxi (Amila can arrange) to go anywhere - nothing is within walking distance. We made it work and the villa was very inviting, clean, and fun - be sure to arrange the private chef - it was a highlight!

Excellent experience!The property is amazing, and located in a beautiful place.Be prepared to many steps, but that's how it is.The house keeper was extremely kind and helpful, and helped with the bags.The beach downstairs is lovely and the restaurants there are good.Highly recommended.

This was our best VRBO experience to date. The villa is even better in person than the pictures. Very well maintained, very comfortable and every feature was perfect, from the grotto pool to breakfast every morning overlooking paradise. The property managers Amila and Mira were wonderful and made sure everything we needed to have a great day was taken care of...even recommending and setting up solutions for water taxis, cars, restaurants and more. We lucked out, having never been to the Amalfi coast before, but this location in the sweet little village of Conca Dei Marini was ideal for us...3 restaurants steps below on our beach...another a 2 minute water taxi ride away. We loved being able to water taxi to the tourist center of Amalfi or the crowds of shoppers in Positano, and then coming home to our quiet cliffside grotto and a glass of wine. We will be back with friends.

Prachtige omgeving, het beste is om alles met de watertaxi te doen. Je moet wel van traplopen houden.
Het huis is oud met een prachtig uitzicht.
Je krijgt 24/7 een man bij het huis die alles voor je regelt zoals broodjes halen.
