I would say 6/10. It was pretty but there were a few things:
Beds feel like sleeping on a fold out couch—really bad
Blinds are broken in all rooms. Not a big deal unless the sun comes up at 4:30 am
Coffee maker broken
Bugs in the bathroom at night
Mold in the master shower
Lack of instructions, communication from owner/property manager was also a little frustrating
$$$$
