L’appartamento era nuovo, pulitissimo, attrezzato, bello, molto comodo !

Appartamento nuovissimo a 400 metri dal mare e a pochi minuti da punta sabbioni, base di partenza per i traghetti per Venezia. La casa è un Tre locali molto spazioso con tutto quello che può servire per godere di un ottima vacanza: due balconi, tende da sole e tapparelle elettriche, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno, forno a microonde, davvero full optional! Avevamo in dotazione anche le Tabs della lavastoviglie, strofinacci, tovaglie e un sacco di altre comodità. Pulizia impeccabile, davvero un plauso particolare per l’igiene. La casa dispone anche di comodissimo posto auto nel garage coperto condominiale e di una piscina. Anche l’host è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

Tutto ottimo,la posizione, l'appartamento con tutti i confort,il signor Graziano gentilissimo. Lo consiglio.

The apartment is spacious enough, with a big kitchen and 2 balconies. It was very clean. Indoor and secure parking. Proximity to a nice beach. Supermarkets nearby (less than 2km). Bike rental business inside the block of apartments. Decent swimming pool.

Kitchen equipment is limited: 2 big knives not comfortable for cooking, no wine glasses, washer sponge, garbage bags... The balcony has a table and 2 chairs, but it's very small for a family. The beds are not very comfortable (box springs). Only 2 toilet rolls and 5 dishwasher tablets for a stay of 6 nights. The distance to the beach is relatively long: around 10 min by walk, including a section of road which can be a bit dangerous. Swimming didn't have any seats nor grass. The parking place is not very comfortable to maneuver and it's on the opposite side to the entrance of the apartment. There's no baby crib, and the balcony was very dangerous because there was enough space on the bottom for a baby to fall down. There's a camping site nearby that plays music some nights, but it's ok if you close the windows. Mosquitoes at night.
