The apartment is spacious enough, with a big kitchen and 2 balconies. It was very clean. Indoor and secure parking. Proximity to a nice beach. Supermarkets nearby (less than 2km). Bike rental business inside the block of apartments. Decent swimming pool.
Kitchen equipment is limited: 2 big knives not comfortable for cooking, no wine glasses, washer sponge, garbage bags... The balcony has a table and 2 chairs, but it's very small for a family. The beds are not very comfortable (box springs). Only 2 toilet rolls and 5 dishwasher tablets for a stay of 6 nights. The distance to the beach is relatively long: around 10 min by walk, including a section of road which can be a bit dangerous. Swimming didn't have any seats nor grass. The parking place is not very comfortable to maneuver and it's on the opposite side to the entrance of the apartment. There's no baby crib, and the balcony was very dangerous because there was enough space on the bottom for a baby to fall down. There's a camping site nearby that plays music some nights, but it's ok if you close the windows. Mosquitoes at night.

Das Appartement ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um mit dem Vapoetto nach Venedig und auf die Inseln der Lagune zu fahren. Zugleich sind es nur ca. 800m zum Strand, der sehr schön und groß ist.
Der Vermieter ist nett und hilfsbereit und spricht gut Deutsch, so dass die Kommunikation sehr einfach war.
Der Pool ist schön, aber ohne Schatten. Die Tiefgarage ist super, dort steht das Auto kühl und sicher. In der Nähe gibt es drei Supermärkte.
In den Schlafzimmern gab es keine Klimaanlage, so dass wir die Türen zum klimatischen Flur offen lassen mussten.
Das Doppelbett knarzt. In der Küche hätten wir uns etwas mehr Geschirr (Gläser und Schüsseln) gewünscht.
Die Mülltrennung ist trotz Bemühungen kompliziert, auf den Tonnen steht teilweise etwas anderes als auf dem Merkblatt in der Wohnung und auf den Mülleimern in der Wohnung. Da manches von Deutschland abweicht (z.B. Glas zu Plast, Tetrapack zu Papier) war auch nicht alles logisch zu erschließen.

Die Wohnung war neuwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage, Nähe Punte Sabbioni, war perfekt für Ausflüge nach Venedig. Zum Strand ein kurzer Fussweg.

Der Verwalter hat uns empfangen und die Wohnung gezeigt. Das Gebäude ist noch nicht so alt und gut in Schuß. Ein Außenpool steht zu Verfügung. Mit dem Fahrstuhl kann man das Gepäck problemlos transportieren. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage, die allerdings für größere Autos etwas eng ist. Zum Strand kommt man zu Fuß in etwas 15 Minuten.
Das Haus ist abgelegen und man braucht für viele Dinge ein Auto. Die Supermärkte in der Nähe sind deutlich schlechter ausgestattet als z.B. am Gardasee oder auf Grado.
