I've stayed at this property several times: it's well-located, clean, comfy, good-sized... :)
Nothing really.

Beautiful and clean and well furnished.
No replacement sheets or towels for free.

The apartment was exactly as depicted in the pictures on the website.
It was unexpectedly cold and we would have appreciated an extra blanket.

It was modern
It was not the property I had initially booked. I had booked this property in Kilimani but on reaching there, I was told that someone was occupying my accommodation…which was odd because why would they double book the apartment. I was then taken to another property in Kileleshwa which was modern but not the Bohemian aesthetic that I was going for with the initial property. Also I wanted to stay in Kilimani not Kileleshwa since all my friends were in Kilimani.
