Location was excellent. Great value for money. Very secure place, with 24 hour security. Near shops, restaurants and other places. The receptionists were warm and receptive to client needs The place was very clean and airy, and the rooms were spacious.
The safe was not working. Need to check the instant water heaters for safety.

I loved how i was received by the front office staff. Very courteous and helpful. I arrived quite late and tired from a long and tiring flight only to be received so warmly, shown to my apartment and enjoyed the most refreshing hot shower. The apartment offered complimentary coffee & tea (plus sugar) and a bottle of mineral water which was quite welcome. The next morning, the front office staff called for me an Uber as my phone was not connecting and I had an early meeting to attend.
That I had only one short night to enjoy the wonderful facility and great hospitality.

the room is so nice and cozy.
my bathroom light was broken, hair wasn’t properly vacuumed/swept, and water leaked through shower wall.
