The Basics Covered

Decent size. Private parking. Washing machine. Terrace.

1. Cleanliness could be much better. 2. Shower is tiny! Very tiny. Tight squeeze even for a small slim adult. 3. Mattress needs replacing. Too soft and blunted down in one side. Marks on it. 4. Kitchen small. Watch out oven exterior get very hot. 5. Everyone on the outside path could see in from the terrace (bushes had been cut back). No privacy. 5. You hear everything going on in the hall, neighbors upstairs toilet etc. 6. Remote for gate needs to be replaced as didn’t work easily. Perhaps batteries.

Nice apartment in a secure and quiet complex.

The flat was very nice and the whole flat complex is very nice, they have a pool that can be use by all residents and a huge park / green area where my dog could play. The place is very quiet as well so if you are after a good night sleep this is the place. The flat is 15 mins away by car from the beach and main tourist area but you got supermarkets, bakeries and some shops 10 mins away walking distance. It is a secure close complex and feels very safe. The parking is safe as well a bit narrow but that is not a fault of the place. In general a great place and Alice was super helpful and nice. I recommend it if you want to have an entire place away from all the tourists.

The flat is missing a couple of things like a dust sweeper or sponge to wash dishes little things like that. The other thing is the pillows. Square flat pillows. The bed is very comfortable though.

Le logement était équipé d'un climatiseur mobile au lieu d'une climatisation fixe, je n'avais pas vu ce point de détail à la réservation (était indiqué "climatisation"). Je n'ai pas souhaité laisser la fenêtre ouverte de la chambre (tuyau d'évacuation de la clim mobile), entre moustique et clim, il faut choisir... Et Logement situé au RDC, je n'avais pas fait attention à la réservation.

Benissimo

L'appartamento si trova all'interno di un residence. Molto tranquillo e al centro c'è una bellissima piscina ben tenuta. L'appartamento è ben arredato di recente completo di tutto e in buone condizioni, Lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, fornelletto macchina del caffè espresso e americano e altro. Il balcone è il top con tavolo per mangiare molto utile.

..bisogna muoversi sempre in macchina vicinissimo non c'è niente ma pochi minuti si trova tutto

Joli appartement dans résidence au calme .

L’appartement est joli, confortable, fonctionnel et lumineux . La terrasse, la grande piscine, le jardin arboré et le parking sont de grands points positifs . Assez loin du centre et bord de mer mais l’arrêt de bus est assez proche

La Clim portative et les ventilateurs ne remplacent pas une véritable climatisation. La piscine n’était pas très propre, dommage.

Très bon séjour avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix

Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible (à été très arrangeante pour notre arrivée très tardive à 00h30) + problème de télécommande du portail que nous avions fait tomber (dans les 5-10min elle était là) Terrasse couverte et à l’abris des regards Superficie suffisante pour nous (un couple + un bébé) Propreté du logement Résidence sécurisée et voisins sympathiques Grande salle de bain

Le four assez petit et un peu plus d’ustensiles de cuisines aurait été le top du top, ainsi qu’une vraie table basse (mais c’est peut être volontaire pour éviter aux gens de manger sur le canapé)
