Comfortable, characterful and central

Characterful period apartment overlooking Place Ducal. Comfortable and very well equipped. All very clean. Kitchen has more equipment than most people would need. Coffee and tea provided. A few tight corners but overall there is plenty of room for two. Comfortable bed with good quality linen.Couldn't be more central. Cindy, the owner, is very helpful and met us at the car parking with her daughter to assist with carrying our bags to the apartment. The car parking was several minutes walk away and underground, but there are other locations that may be used. The area around the apartment is pedestrianised, so it is not possible to drive there to unload. On the first floor with steep stairs, so bear that in mind if of restricted mobility. No aircon but it is north facing, so stayed bearable in the 30 degree heat while we were there. There is a fan. Not unduly noisy given its very central location.

During our stay, there was quite obtrusive noise from nearby road works during working hours but they don't look like they will be there for that long.

I’d have done better to just keep driving home.

It was a nice enough room and the amenities were thoughtful.

The bed was way too soft - you sank into it and it gave me no back support at all. I had to sleep on the couch, if you could call it sleep. The parking facility may very well be 200 meters away, as the crow flies. However, it is actually a six block walk away from the apartment. The night I arrived, there was some kind of very loud, raucous beer festival that made coming and going to the apartment a real hassle. I had a miserable stay.

Everything - from being met by the owner at the parking location to his personal valet of our things to the apartment and his sharing of local information about the building and square to the absolute beauty of the apartment and having dinner reservations made for us and the quote of a local “sweets” was so nice!

Location exceptional overlooking the square. Roomy apartment with complimentary coffee fully equipped. Central to Charleville, shops and restaurants.

Toplocatie en prachtig appartement

De locatie kon niet beter: het is de allermooiste plek in deze plaats. aan het centrale plein, volop keus aan restaurants, winkelstraat om de hoek, en in de winter uitzicht op een sfeervolle kerstmarkt

Het keukenraam keek uit op een centrale trap in het pand. Dat betekent dat de 'bovenburen' langs ons keukenraam naar boven of beneden gingen en dan zo bij ons naar binnen konden kijken. Dit was een beetje een inbreuk op onze privacy, makkelijk te verhelpen met luxaflex of een gordijntje.

wundervoller Urlaubsauftakt in einer außergewöhnlichen Unterkunft

Wir wurden vom Gastgeber an der Tiefgarage in Empfang genommen und uns der Platz zum Parken zugewiesen. In der Wohnung stand ein Kuchen zur Begrüßung bereit. Das war unglaublich herzlich und nett, wie wir empfangen wurden. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts, Kaffee, Tee gibt es zur freien Verfügung, Kaffeefilter, Zucker, Süßstoff oder Honig für den Tee, Geschirr, Kochutensilien, Toaster, Backofen und ein XL Kühlschrank, alles ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Die Lage im Stadtzentrum ist super, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und der Blick aus dem Zimmer auf den Place Ducale unglaublich. Wir haben morgens frisches Baguette und Croissants "um die Ecke geholt" und in aller Ruhe gefrühstückt. Lokale gibt es ebenfalls reichlich in der Umgegend, ob Happy Hour oder mehr. Wie kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Locatie, prachtig goed uitgerust appartement aan het mooie levendige plein, hygiene, eigen parkeergelegenheid, hartelijk ontvangst met heerlijke gebak, goede communicatie / veel tips van de eigenaresse, appartement is met smaak ingericht en er ontbreekt je aan niets! In de avond genoten van het mooie uitzicht.

Een mooie plek aan de Maas.

Het beste van Suites Mana Was vooral de goede en snelle communicatie. Suites Mana is een prima plek op een groot gezellig plein,met veel gezelligheid en aansluiten op de winkelstraten. Maar ook de natuur met moeite wandelroutes zijn dicht bij. Met zijn prive parkeerplaatsen die makkelijk lopend zijn te bereiken. En verder is het langs de rivier de Maas in de Franse Ardennen. Ook veel geschiedenis.

Geen slechte ervaringen voor ons.

Fijn appartement in historisch gebouw

Sfeervol ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien, met mooi uitzicht - alle aandacht en hulp van de gastheer, fijn om een parkeergarage erbij te hebben.

Veel lawaai van het plein: cafés met terrassen tot laat open, 's morgens om half 6 de bezemwagens, dus als je met het raam open wilt slapen ....

Superbe suite, accueil très sympathique.

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour dans cet appartement qui est idéalement situé pour une visite de la ville. Superbe vue sur la place et un accès hyper facile à tous les commerces. Nous avons profité de la salle à manger pour nous faire un petit souper romantique aux bougies. L'appartement est très bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire. Les hôtesses ont même pensé au chariot de courses et au parapluie ! Le petit déjeuner n'est pas prévu mais nous avons quand même eu les cafés inclus et nous avons été accueillis avec une tarte briochée, spécialité de la région. La suite est joliment décorée et de très belles roses ornaient les vases de la salle à manger. Notre hôtesse nous a attendus avec les clés, à l'heure que nous avions demandé et a toujours été présente pour nos demandes. Une seule petite chose pourrait être dérangeante (mais ce n'est pas le fait des propriétaires)...le carillon qui sonne très souvent pendant la nuit. Nous avions lu les commentaires précédents donc nous avions pris nos bouchons d'oreilles ! Par conséquent, nous avons très bien dormi. Ce serait dommage de se priver de ce bel endroit simplement pour cette raison ! En résumé, pour le prix, la qualité était au rendez-vous !

Idéalement placée, très joli et bien équipé. Une mise au « propre » devient nécessaire.

Le matelas était vraiment trop mou et le carillon sonne toutes les heures même la nuit. Peinture des menuiseries qui s’écaillent, poussières sous le lit, tache de dégât des eaux sur le mur, toiles d’araignées.
