Better accommodations for a lot less money!

This place is WAY overpriced! Tiny pool, 2 of the 3 pool chairs were broken, ants everywhere (even in the bed), no towel holders, not super clean. Beautiful, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Stunning villa, great location & accomodating staff!

The villa was so lovely and the decor too! Rooms were all very spacious and easily shared with other guests. Anto was super helpful and checked in on us everyday!

The only thing I could say is that the villa could use some touch ups / tlc

Roaches.

We liked nothing about the property - pretty on the outside and infested on the inside.

Casa Viamo and The House of Reservations who own the property in Canggu, Indonesia was one of the worst villas/hostel/ hotel/ facilities my party stayed at. The property and the way the facilities were ran was a scam. The host/ his manager/ House of Reservations KNEW there were roaches on the premise and I was not informed/ given notice despite months of contact with the host. Once we had informed them of the situation via WhatsApp, we were recommended to use ant spray and to basically deal with the roaches. As more roaches crawled up from the bathroom pipes over the next 10 hours, we had to request multiple times for the House of Reservations to take action and arrive on the property to write their wrongs. They informed us they knew exactly which room had the infestation and it took over 24 hours and multiple encounters to only half resolve the situation with a partial refund. Despite the diseases, infestation and our guests having health issues (including asthma and cancer) was not enough for the House of Reservations in Canggu to give a larger refund for the entire three room reservation and we were forced to stay on a property with this infestation. Trying to make the best of this situation and being out $2,000 American dollars, random male workers, exterminators and the host stayed on the property for the entire stay cleaning the infested room and did not allow the women guests to be alone at the property. This stay was atrocious from start to finish and more should be done to resolve how unsatisfied we were during our stay.

Beautiful ‘insta worthy’ villa to take pictures.

It is very overpriced in our opinion. It’s so expensive for what you get. For that price, we should be getting fresh new white CLEAN towels with no old stains on them, a bottle of water and two glasses for the room would have been nice, some body lotion in the bathroom and some tea and coffee we can make ourselves. We stayed at MAJA the previous nights which is right next door to Casa Viamo and that was the same price, but you get fruit there for breakfast made fresh, you get a nice welcome drink, the staff are always there to look after you and you can help yourself to tea, coffee and dairy/non dairy milk from the fridge. I would recommend you go there and not waste your money or time coming here as it was very disappointing the lack of service. There is also always photo shoots going on from non guests, so you never feel you can just relax by the pool, but the pool chairs are extremely uncomfortable and clearly just there because they look aesthetically pleasing. They should make it more about guest experience and service rather than photo shoots.

beautiful villa, very spacious, everything is new and the staff are very friendly.

The only thing I didn’t like was the noise. the staff were power cleaning the outdoor floors all day which made it hard to relax. also a lot of surrounding construction with surrounding villas being built. If you don’t plan to be at the villa during the day it is fine, but I wanted to take photos and enjoy the pool which made it hard for me.

We really enjoyed our stay with Anto in Casa Viamo and will most likely be back!

Anto the host allowed us to check in early and check out late. He was very quick to respond to any questions I may have had and always messaging me asking if I needed transport etc. The villa only has 4 rooms so there is a lot of privacy and when I stayed it was uncommon for other guests to be in the pool at the same time so it was almost like having your own villa.

I do wish the pool area had some sort of shade, like an umbrella as all the white reflect and hurts your eyes on a sunny day and the pool area is out in the open with no shade so anywhere you sit you’re in the sun. It would’ve been nice to have been able to get a bit of shade but also be by the pool. The only other thing that wasn’t great was the water pressure in the shower and how hot the bathrooms get. I had bali belly and was stuck in the bathroom for hours but it was way too hot in the bathroom in comparison to the room. The water was either way too cold or too hot and the water sprayed every which way. It’s only a minor issue though!

A brand new place and very laid back, and clean. Cozy living room with a shared kitchen. Easy access to supermarket.

Quite noisy from other guests. As the building has echo effect, you can hear every sound becomes 3 times volume.

L'architecture et la déco sont très bien, il y a moyen de prendre de jolies photos. L'hôte était très réactif pour répondre aux messages sur whatsapp

Le checkin doit être fait avant 18h, cest beaucoup trop tôt. L'hôte est certes sympathiqur mais il a un anglais qui est vraiment médiocre. En soit ce n'est pas la fin du monde mais ce n'est pas au niveau pour ce prix là.
