Wer Ruhe sucht, findet sie hier. Grosses Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Besitzerin sehr nett und bemüht. Hat immer gefragt ob wir was brauchen! Nahe zu schönen Stränden, Auto ist aber zwingend erforderlich bei dieser Location. Küche hatte alles was man gebraucht hat. Entspannte Aussicht über Weinfelder aufs Meer.

Ich hatte bei der Buchung nicht gesehen, dass man den Pool zwischen 14-17Uhr nicht nutzen darf. Auch Abends nur bis 20Uhr. Das finde ich etwas übertrieben. Es heisst aufgrund Ruhestörung. Was dann aber keinen Sinn macht, ist dass um 14:30Uhr das Appartement über uns gestaubsaugt wurde. Wenn man solche Regeln stellt, sollte es auch durchgezogen werden. Etwas merkwürdig fand ich auch, dass Abends der Pool abgesperrt wurde… da habe ich etwas für blöd verkauft gefühlt! Generell ist alles vorhanden, aber sehr sehr einfach und teilweise schon etwas älter. Kissen und Matratze haben mir persönlich nicht zugesagt, aber das ist Ansichtssache. Schade fanden wir ausserdem, dass der Aussenbereich wenig begrünt war. Sehr viele Fliesen, was weniger Atmosphäre bringt.

Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν σε ήσυχο μέρος και όχι μακριά από την πόλη (Νέα Πέραμος) στην οποία είχες πολλές επιλογές και σε φαγητό και διασκέδαση. Επίσης το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό και οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ φιλικοί και φιλόξενοι!

Nice and quiet location. Nearest grocery shops in Nea Peramos, about 6-7 min by car. Very close to Ammolofoi beach.

The accommodation is old but clean. The apartment layout (what was advertised and booked as I thought) was nothing to do with the reality. 33 out of 34 pictures of the accommodation on Booking show an open plan, spacious, two level apartments with one bedroom and open plan staircase leading to a terrace with a bed. This looks like a one bedroom apartment with a big living room, kitchen corner and second bed (not a second, separate bedroom). As I was looking for one bedroom accommodation I thought automatically this was a fantastic option and made the booking. On arrival, when the manager opened the door to show us the place I remained bitterly surprised.

Very clean , everything you need if you travel with family .
