Kleine, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Nach einem langen Arbeitstag genau das richtige. Sandra und Thomas waren jederzeit für uns da und haben prompt geantwortet. Wir haben uns aufgehoben gefühlt.

Everything was nice! The size is perfect for 2 people. The apartment was tidy. Owners are always in touch and very friendly.

Die FeWo ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet auch alles was man braucht. Auch die großen Dachfenster sind schön und lassen sich zum lüften öffnen und mit einem Rollo auch einfach stufenlos abdunkeln.

Die Treppe nach oben ist ziemlich steil, aber wem das nichts ausmacht, den erwartet ein schönes gemütliches Schlafzimmer. Die Sauberkeit war ok.

Clean and the shower is strong.

We chose this apartment primarily because of its location near the festival and because the listing stated that air conditioning was available. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, which significantly affected our stay. The apartment became extremely hot during the summer, and after long days at the festival, we were unable to sleep properly on any night. On several occasions, we had to go outside in the middle of the night to get fresh air. We understand that many German buildings retain heat, which is why accurate information about cooling facilities is particularly important. There were also several practical issues. The shower cubicle is very small (approximately 75 x 75 cm), making it uncomfortable to use, especially for larger guests. The ladder/stairs leading to the bed were also inconvenient and could be difficult for anyone with mobility or knee issues. Considering the price (€200 per night), we expected a much more comfortable experience. We had stayed in a hotel in Düsseldorf immediately beforehand for considerably less and found it offered far better comfort and facilities. The location is excellent, but we believe the listing should accurately reflect the amenities provided so that future guests can make an informed decision.
