podróżowaliśmy ze zwierzętami, tak więc park przy obiekcie był dla nas kluczowy, przestronny, ogrodzony, śniadania bardzo smaczne, urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, korzystaliśmy z restauracji i każde z zamówionych dań było bardzo dobre, obsługa miła, pomocna. ogólnie pobyt uważamy za udany i zdecydowanie zamierzamy tam wrócić.

Wonderful staff - they were very flexible when I experienced a delay in arrival because of adverse weather. The hotel is located in a quiet, romantic area. I knew it well two decades ago, in times of its glory, and by now the furnishings are a bit worn - hopefully, it will undergo at least a small upgrade in the near future. The 'hotel palace' has more charm than the 'hotel' but the latter offers a swimming pool and spa (available to all guests).

Czysto, miła obsługa, bardzo dobre jedzenie.
Pokój nie był nagrzany.
Jeden z dwóch grzejników w ogóle nie działał.
W nocy wyłączono ogrzewanie - zmarzłem.

Bardzo podobał mi się budynek, park, apartament, przemiły personel. Śniadanie było w sąsiednim budynku, trzeba było dojść przez piękny park, a że pogoda była bardzo ładna, to spacer był przyjemnością. Piękny i przyjazny kot był dla mnie dodatkową atrakcją.
Nie podobało mi się wyłączanie ogrzewania każdej nocy, mimo tego, że były przymrozki i w pokoju było bardzo zimno. Ogrzewanie w dzień nie spowodowało nagrzania apartamentu, ponieważ był wyziębiony (kaloryfery włączono w momencie wejścia do pokoju). My z kolei w dzień zwiedzaliśmy przepiękną okolicę, a w nocy potrzebowaliśmy się rozgrzać. Goście mieszkający w Pałacu od kilku dni mówili, że musieli dogrzewać się farelką, tak było w nocy zimno. KAŻDEJ nocy!
