Designed for comfort and style, this spacious second-floor retreat offers plenty of room for families and groups to unwind and embrace island living. This 3-bedroom 2 bath unit was completely updated in 2022 and can accommodate up to 9 guests (additional guest fee of $20 per guest per night over 6 guests).
The open-concept living area features a vaulted wood ceiling, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and modern furnishings, including a plush sofa sleeper, cozy swivel chairs, and a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek granite counters, newer stainless-steel appliances, and a waterfall quartz island—perfect for gathering and entertaining. Upstairs, the private loft-style primary suite features a spa-inspired ensuite with a walk-in stone shower. Two additional bedrooms on the main floor include a queen bedroom and a fun bunk room with flexible sleeping options. Each room is equipped with split A/C for personalized comfort, and an in-unit washer/dryer adds convenience.

Really nice property and condo. Unit was well-equipped and clean. I was very pleased to find 4 beach chairs and an umbrella, along with 2 coolers!

Great stay for 4 adults and 4 kids. Kids all stayed in bunk room which is such a rare find! The beach across the street isn't really a swimming beach but you only need to drive about 5 minutes to start getting to the good beaches and there are so many options within 15 minutes. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking all our meals. The knives could use a sharpening, but we probably only noticed because of the massive amounts of produce we were going through!

This condo was a great space. It was clean and updated. It was well appointed with all the things a group of 9 could need. We really enjoyed our stay on this property and would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises!

We had a great stay at Koa 5i. The condo had everything we needed. All the kids had their own bed, no need for sleeping on the couch or hide-a-bed, which made this a perfect location for us. The beach is a close walk and all the extra amenities (coolers, beach toys, chairs, umbrella) made it feel like home. We really appreciated the detailed information about the island that was provided as well. Mahalo!!
