Cocoonr offers this 45 m² air-conditioned flat in Le Vauclin to rent for up to 4 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 45 m² living room with TV lounge, dining area and open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Le Vauclin, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- water sports: kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing
- hiking: the Vauclin loop, Petit Macabou, Grand Macabou
- fishing village with fresh fish arriving every morning at 9am
