About this villa rental
An official VV Holiday License is in place for this beautiful Villa that benefits from Air con, Heated pool, Hot tub, Fibre Wifi and a modern online UK including BBC ITV ETC, Irish and international TV System to enjoy on a 55"LED TV. Casa Sol is a modern immaculate refurbished 3 bedroom Villa situated on a quiet complex with high quality furnishings. It is 5 minutes walk from the Lidl and Mercadona supermarkets and a handful of bars and restaurants, next to the Bahiazul Complex The centre of Corralejo is from approx €6 (depending on tariff) taxi ride away or a nice walk with plenty of places to stop for a liquid refreshment on the way!
There are lots of fabulous beaches in and around Corralejo, the famous sand dunes are not to be missed and only a drive away. Casa Sol is the perfect home from home with everything you could possibly need to enjoy Fuerteventura's 300 plus days of sunshine every year. The Villa has plenty of outside space and numerous terraces. As you walk through the gate into a front garden with a tiled and Artificial grassed area with sunbeds and a modern seating area, to th left a beautiful bbq area with outside kitchen, sunloungers. Pool area access through a gate. Head through the front door with mosquito screen into the hallway and then onto the lounge and dining area. There are 2 large sofas, Fibre optic Wifi, 55"TV with an Online TV system. The dining room has a large dining table and chairs. Head out of the patio doors onto an exterior lounge area with chairs, sofa.Step down to the exterior terrace to sunloungers and outside solar shower, private hot tub and swimming pool. There is also a roof terrace with views. The 3 bedrooms have new mattresses and the villa is recently refurbished and updated with a modern feel. All bedrooms have Air Con, 2 bedrooms have balconies (children must be supervised). There is Hairdryer, iron and board, washing machine (outside kitchen area) and a coffee pod machine r your use. Fully fitted kitchen with Fridge Freezer, Oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and all the usual pots, pans, glasses, cups, cutlery etc. 2 bedrooms have King sized beds and 1 has a single bed. ALL doors and windows have Mosquito doors and screens making it that little bit cooler for you if you do not wish to use the air conditioning. A cot and high chair can be provided (these must be requested on booking to arrange in advance). As there are stairs in and out of the property, we do ask children to be supervised at all times.....We hope you have a wonderful stay

Property owner met us upon arrival, and was courteous and informative about his beautiful villa and also answered all pre booking questions quickly and assisted us with taxi transfers to and from the airport. The villa is impeccably clean and very well equipped for a home from home experience. The air conditioning was a blessing at night and the swimming pool was refreshing in the Canarian sunshine. The hot tub was the best one we have used by far and we would strongly recommend this gorgeous villa to delight anyone on their holiday. We will definitely re- book for a future holiday.
