A beautiful, spacious, and well-furnished villa in excellent condition, located in a well-maintained, conveniently situated 5-star residential complex called El Sultán, set in beautiful surroundings within a secure, gated, yet quiet complex. Close to major shopping centers, Acua (formerly Baku) Water Park, as well as local bars and restaurants. 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a direct view of the pool. Located in a fabulous, highly sought-after Arabic-inspired complex with 2 adult pools and 2 children’s pools. It comes fully equipped with a kitchen featuring an oven, a 4-burner stove, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Three bedrooms that sleep 7, plus a travel crib available upon request. Ultra-fast 300 MB/sec fiber internet throughout the house and UK HDTV are available.

This is a spacious, well equipped apartment with everything you need and a bit more. It is directly by the pool woth views of the pool and garden. Easy to book and communication at all stages of the process was great.
