The location was great, although a bit far from any of the area's beaches. The residence is a renovated old house, with nearly 1 meter thick stone walls, partially under the ground level, which made it a bit cooler. That said, the AC was needed nearly every day.
The apartment has all the comfort needed, and a bit more.
There are restaurants, pizzerias and shops nearby.
Good to know: Do not use the AC, oven and the water heater at the same time or the master fuse will trip, needing a manual reset from the street (for which a special key is needed).
Ants are a constant around the residence. One morning we woke-up with a 2-lane ant highway to our bread and trash. Took us few hours to get rid of them and "convince" them not to get in. As a heads-up for future travelers: have handy a can of ant spray and don't leave trash or bread indoors overnight. An information for the owners: the problem can be solved by injecting silicon or cement below the door frame. They seem to have found a way through there.
