BUENOS Boutique - Superb location, AC, 2 bathrooms

Mooi ruim appartement. Wij waren er met 4 personen (2 stellen). Fijn dat er 2 badkamers zijn, en 2 toiletten. Ligging is tegenover de grote synagoge. Wij gingen overal lopend naar toe, ideaal! Appartement was schoon. Wij konden er al eerder in (12.00u ipv 16.00u) wat ook heel erg fijn was!

De airco maakte heel erg veel lawaai, teveel om hem ‘s nachts aan te laten (wat je dus wel wil). Er waren kleine dingetjes die het verblijf net iets comfortabeler zou maken zoals: prullenbakjes in de badkamers, zorgen dat alle lampen het doen, lampjes naast het bed, vaatdoekje in de keuken. Balkon is te klein om met 4 personen op te zitten.

The location was convenient for sightseeing and not too noisy, considering the central location in the city. The appliances worked well. The beds and other futnishings were comfortable. The apartment was clean and well apponted with laundry detergent, etc. The big plus was the responsiveness of the host to our questions and problems. She was always available and extrrmely helpful. When I told her that bedroom curtains were not adequate for privacy, she installed new room-darkening shades that same day! Amazing response and very much appreciated.

The second bedroom is quite small and the bed is situated facing the entrance to the apartment. The outside front foyer is shared with another apartment and can be illuminated at night, and since both the inner and outer apartment doors are fitted with translucent glass inserts, when this light is turned on it shines directly into the occupants face in bed. Some sort of covering on the bedroom door window would correct this when the neighbors come and go late at night. A small nightstand with reading lamp next to the bed would also increase the comfort of this room.

Apartment is big and you have a lot of space there, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and one big couch, perfect for group. Perfect location

The apartment in itself was nice, spacious and nicely decorated, in a central location. This was an old building though, a bit shabby.

During our one day tour of Budapest, the owner messaged we need to move for the 2nd night, as there was a problem with the sewerage and toilets may not function ok. Though they were functioning ok when we arrived back at the location. We cancelled our plans for the rest of the day, we had to return and pack all our luggage and carry it in the heat, in the busy streets 15 min walk to another apartment of theirs, much inferior to the initial one. The main problem was the way this issue was communicated, via whatsapp, they never answered our calls. They handeled it vey badly, left us with a vey bad impression and feeling of this trip to Budapest. Fortunatelly, they agreed to not charge anything for the 2nd night, but it ruined our trip anyway.
