Great place and very well located

Smell from second bathroom, could do with more ventilation.

The flat was spacious. The water pressure was perfect and the hot water seemed endless. With 4 people staying there, we were all able to take joy showers without running out of hot water.

The dryer didn't work as well as it could have. We ended up having to hang dry the clothing since the dryer was never able to get the clothes fully dry.

This apartment was very clean and generally comfortable and we would stay again.

There were several problems we had one was that 2.5 rolls of toilet were insufficient for 5 people staying for 5 days. When I contacted them they told me to go out and buy some toilet paper as they wouldn't supply any more. Another problem was with the third bed in the lounge there was a lump under the mattress and when it was lifted to see what was causing it we found that the slats at that area of the base were broken and cushions had been placed there to stop the mattress from falling through the whole. Luckily there were only 5 of us so we were able to use a different bed. Also when we arrived somebody sat on the sofa and it collapsed in the middle because the centre front leg attachment was broken and they never fixed it for us so we were short of seats and had to sit on the beds. Lastly it would have been good to have had prior notification that there was no lift and we had to drag pur cases up to the second floor.
