Beaver Run Resort 4228 - Dog Friendly

The condo was very clean and nicely maintained overall.

The biggest issue for me was that a portable a/c unit was set up with exhaust going out of the sliding balcony door. The condo was incredibly drafty, and I couldn’t pump up the heat enough to get warm during my stay. I think the cold air was coming from the crevices around the exhaust. Also, the exhaust set up prevented the sliding door from being able to be locked. The balcony isn’t far off the ground, and a few people were walking around in the area near it. I’m a single female, and the unlocked door made me uncomfortable. I also found the bed to be a bit uncomfortable.

Convenient to downtown. Nery nice place to stay. Clean.

We loved that the property was in a great location. Staff very attentive and that it had EV charging that was a plus.

We didn’t like how resort has no AC but later we learned that Breck doesn’t have it because the weather doesn’t really reach the high temperatures.

Good location in Breckenridge

The place is small and dated and the bottom corner location in a tired and in need of renovation facility made the stay - meh -.
