Building 4 offers Beaver Run's closest access to the ski slopes on Peak 9. Guests can also enjoy the complimentary resort shuttle to Main Street Breckenridge.



Please note that parking is available through Beaver Run for an additional fee paid directly to the resort current rates**** $15 off season, $39-$42 ski season.

Getting Around:

One of the best parts of staying at Beaver Run is how easy it is to get around. Building 4 offers true ski-in/ski-out access on Peak 9, allowing you to walk directly to the lifts during ski season. Beaver Run also provides a complimentary shuttle to Main Street Breckenridge, where you'll find shopping, dining, nightlife, and local attractions.



Many guests choose to park their vehicle upon arrival and leave it for the duration of their stay. Downtown Breckenridge is also accessible by shuttle, rideshare, or a scenic walk depending on the season.

We give our guests space to enjoy their vacation while remaining available if needed. Upon arrival, you'll check in through Beaver Run's 24-hour front desk and arrange parking if needed. Our team is available before, during, and after your stay to assist with questions about the condo, your reservation, or local recommendations. We strive to respond promptly to all messages. For non-urgent inquiries, messages received after 9:00 PM may be answered the following morning.
