The terrace belongs to the penthouse and provides a beautiful view of Saronic sea and Lycabettus hill. The penthouse is located in an inhabited area, one block away from Grand Hyatt Hotel, Intercontinental and several 4-5 star hotels, indicative to how close it is to the touristic area of Acropolis and the old city, while only 10 min by car from the nearest beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious apt. We were a party of give in ages from 17 to 76. Communication with host was excellent, timely and answered all our questions before and during our stay. Fully equipped kitchen as well as towels linens etc. suberb location. Highly recommended! Only drawback second bathroom is small. Uber access to all the sites. Felt safe all the time in this lovely neighborhood!

We had a great time and the apartment was perfect for our group. Just a bit of a walk to get to the sights, but 4 of us were seniors and we managed quite well. Food in the area was easy to get and we ate at some great restaurants.

The place was spacious. There were 5 of us and we loved the space. The area felt very safe and close to the Acropolis, there was also a small grocery store across the street. Finding taxis in the area was easy.

A lovely location and condo. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful from the patios. We could see the Acropolis shining at night. Lilly and Manolis were wonderful hosts. They even helped us reserve a car from the airport and one to the ferries. They welcomed us warmly with treats and a very clean home. Everything was as stated and shown. Our family of four includes 2 teens and there was ample room to spread out. We are thankful for the wonderful stay.

I wanted to give more than 5 stars for some areas. The host went above and beyond to arrange transportation at a reasonable price, and make sure we had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of space for our group of 8, including couch space and table space. The views from the terraces were amazing. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone going to Athens. Although it is a walk to a metro station, there is a bus station very close that can bring you to all of the major sites.

Our first visit to Athens and our visit was wonderful! Location and property were perfect for our group of 8! After a long flight, we were warmly met by Lily who showed us around and helped settle us in. She and Dimitri were available to answer all questions and he even suggested we take our teens to Bolivar Beach which didn’t disappoint! We would definitely stay at this VRBO again as it was easy to access and get to where we wanted to go! He even arranged our transport from the airport and made sure we were comfortable!

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It gave us the all the room we needed as a family but still have enough space to spread out. The neighborhood provided everything we needed, grocery stores and a variety of restaurants. The views were amazing. Demitris and his team of people made our stay feel welcoming and inviting. The Penthouse was great and Dimitris very accommodating. Location was perfect with a convenience store across the street and restaurants in close walking distance. Elevator a plus and building nice and quiet. Penthouse was spacious and comfortable. Great trip.

The apartment was spacious and well furnished and equipped and the terraces were fantastic! Location is a bit away from the central tourist district (not necessarily a bad thing) but the bus into town or to the beach is right around the corner. Although somewhat further, the metro and tram lines were also walkable from the apartment. A few coffee shops and bakeries are located nearby and a mini market and grocery store are literally across the street. Dimitris is a gracious and extremely responsive host. He met us on site to introduce us to the apartment and stayed in touch as needed to ensure we were completely satisfied and enjoyed our stay. Thank you Dimitris!

This property was a comfortable and air-conditioned condo with a huge outdoor balcony. Unfortunately, it was a little too hot when we were there to spend much time out on the balcony, but in cooler weather it would be amazing. Good wifi and A/C, Dimitris the host was helpful and friendly.

Great stay- outside deck is super nice and great views. Only a short walk to bus stop which we took to city beach only a few stops away. You can buy tickets for 1 euro right across the street at a 24 hour grocery mart. Also a pharmacy easy walk. Not an easy walk to acropolis for older adults in the heat-wa alike 25 minutes- taxi is like 7 euros to there but we should have looked into bus for that. Take a look at electriccityrides for a fun e bike tour of all of downtown. Beds could have been more comfortable and bed for 9th person we had to move downstairs because it was way too hot upstairs but overall great stay. There is a super restaurant within a few blocks walking called Ταβέρνα Το Φαγοπότι that was delicious!

Great apt for whole family including 2 adults 65+, 4 adults, 3 kids (11, 9, 15months). Dimitri sourced a playpen/cot for the toddler to sleep in. Was a nice visit and good for the large family to be all together in one apartment.

Our stay on this property was fantastic. Dimitris was extremely helpful and responsive from the time I booked the property until we checked out. The apartment was very spacious and relaxing. We spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful balcony. This apartment is in a safe area, and it is easy to reach the great historical sites in Athens. I highly recommend staying at this property.

There was plenty of luxurious space for our family of five and in a wonderful location where we could walk everywhere. Groceries were across the street with restaurants all around, and even though the Acropolis was a 30 minute walk, it was easier than driving/parking or taking the bus. The Penthouse was well-equipped with everything you could want or need, with lots of outdoor space for city and port views on both the 5th and 6th floors. The host was very easy to reach, knowledgeable, and met us to ensure we had the info we needed for our stay. We had been traveling throughout Greece for three weeks prior to staying at this location, and this one was definitely our best accommodations and experience. We loved our stay and would love to return someday. Thank you!

We had a great time in a great location. It was an easy walk or short drive to many great sites. Dimitris was a fabulous host that gave us great insight into the neighborhood and activities.
