Central and Comfortable Studio

Clear instructions for Self Check-In. Clean Place. Big Studio with all the facilities. Clean bathroom with washing machine. Quite in the night. Around 15 minutes walking to Akropolis.

Cozy spot in Koukaki

Super nice position. The studio is exactly like in the pictures, perfect for 1-2 people. Very clean and comfortable bed and pillow. The communication with the host was super fast, and he was always ready and open for suggestions about Koukaki area

The apartment is 1 km away from the Acropolis, in a quiet area. It is clean and modern and the double bed is very comfortable. Gregory is a very nice person and a very good communicator, he answered immediately all our questions and messages and booked us a taxi. Easy check-in and out.

The sofa bed is may be not that comfortable to sleep on.

I can only confirm everything that has already been said. The place is spotless and has everything you need. The location is perfect. It's a 20-25 minute walk to the Acropolis or less than a 10-minute walk to the metro station. From there, you can get anywhere else easily. Three minutes away is a street packed with wonderful little bars and pubs, as well as a great bakery. There's also a discount store nearby. Gregory is discreet and efficient. We only met briefly, but we coordinated perfectly via text message thanks to his quick, precise responses. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for unbeatable value just minutes from the city center.

Perfect location and cozy place.

Everything was clean and organized. Courtyard with the sun was amazing. Gregory was very friendly and helped with everything we asked. I will book again for sure next time in Athens.

Cozy and Comfortable – Perfect for a City Break

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. After a long day of exploring Athens, it was the perfect place to come back to and relax. I’d definitely stay here again!

All in all, I had a great stay at Koukaki Home and would definitely recommend it.

Koukaki Home is a wonderful place to stay in Athens and I'd be happy to stay there again. Gregory is an excellent host, very responsive, helpful and accommodating. The apartment is comfortable and clean, with a very comfortable bed and excellent AC (a must in Athens) and resides on a quiet street. It's a small studio; I traveled alone so it was perfect but it does not accommodate more than 2 comfortably. It took me about 15 mins (with luggage) to walk to and from the nearest metro which is Siggrou Fix and it is a short walk to the Acropolis. As a woman traveling alone I felt completely safe, even when walking back late. For high season (I was there in July) it was fairly priced.

It's a first floor apartment, so there is not a lot of natural light but that didn't matter to me as I was mostly there to sleep. I've stayed in Koukaki before, pre-Covid when the neighborhood was more bustling and lively, though it still has its charms yet one sees more boarded storefronts (like everywhere sadly).

Clean and very comfortablel to stay

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The owner is very nice and attentive to our need. Made us very comfortable. He also gave us great recommendations for the city to tour if we were interested. He was very quick to respond when we messaged him if we had any questions. Will definitely recommend this 👌 to anyone.

The bathroom was a bit too small inside the shower area. 🚿 but it was very clean. Can't complain 😌

Gregory was absolutely best host. Polite, informative and helpful. Few days before our trip we received the tips for Nice places and trip ideas in different categories like museums, taverns, bars and so on. Would recomend to anybody, deffinitely coming back.

Fair stay

Gregory is a very communicative host, he waited for us at the property to hand over the keys and explain us about the facilities and the surroundings. The apartment is located in a very vivid and friendly area, with lots of bars, coffee shops and restaurants in the nearby proximity and at about 10 minutes distance from the metro. The apartment is very well-equipped in terms of electronic appliances.

It was a bit cold during our first night and in terms of bed sheets, there wasn't any that you could tuck in the blanket (that was looking a bit too worn whatsoever). Also, the cleaning could have been done better. I would also suggest the usage of some air fresheners at least in the bathroom.

Exceptional

So close to Acropolis!!! NIce area with bars, restaurants and lots of shops. The studio was nice, clean and comfy. Gregory was there to welcome us, very friendly and helpfull. He gave us some amazing recomendations about which area of the city to visit and what to do and a couple of awesome taverns.

The owner was very helpful. Good location, only 5 minutes' walk from restaurants and bars. Very comfy room.

An apartment at a great location, walking distance to the acropolis close to some very nice bars and restaurant. The owner is really great, send us a list of his favorite places (they where great). Apartment is perfect, clean and has everything you need. Would definitely recommend!

Nice choice for a short stay to explore Athens

The apartment is clean and comfortable, conveniently located in a short walking distance from major attractions. The host was very friendly and helpful to give any recommendations and tips. Go to 7CACTUS for breakfast and Mani Mani for diner.

The shower head didn't hold at the top position which was a bit annoying when washing head.

Nagyon jó helyen van, kb 10-15 perc a belvárostól gyalog. Tiptop kis apartman, konyha, kis étkezőrész, jól felszerelt fürdő. Tiszta, tökéletes az athéni tartózkodásra. A tulajdonos minden információt előre megküldött, korrekt és udvarias volt.

Apartamento perfecto para pasar unos días

El apartamento es bastante grande, está limpio, y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. A pesar de no haberle conocido en persona, el anfitrión ha sido muy atento y servicial via Watsapp. El barrio es bastante animado y seguro.

Al ser un bajo, la ventana de la habitación de a la acera por lo que se escucha cualquier ruido de la calle (aunque es una calle muy silenciosa y el ruido es mínimo).

Ottimo appartamento ad Atene!

Posizione tranquilla, a circa 1km dal centro, zona molto tranquilla, con ristoranti e supermarket, appartamento con 1 camera da letto, soggiorno con cucina e bagno. Con balconcino per mangiare fuori. Tutto il necessario per cucinare. Parcheggio per chi ha l'auto molto facile da trovare. Gregory è una persona molto gentile e disponibile! Consigliato!

Lo mejor en atenas

Excelente ubicación, recorrimos todo caminando. A 20 minutos de acrópolis y de ahí a un paso de plaka, del parlamento y otras zonas turísticas. El depto muy amplio, cómodo y con todas las prestaciones. A una cuadra hay bares y restaurantes para salir de noche. Barrio tranquilo. El metro a 10 minutos caminando. El anfitrión excelente. Nos dió todas las facilidades. En resumen, maravillosa estancia. No lo dude al reservar

Roletne na prozorima (odlično za spavanje), lep je apartman, super opremljen, lak dogovor sa domaćinom, ključ nas je čekao u keylockeru.
