Welcome to your peaceful Montana retreat!
This spacious walk-in basement apartment offers comfort, privacy, and direct access to nature. Perfect for families or groups, the space comfortably sleeps 8 and includes:
• A cozy fireplace with wood provided
• A fully fenced pet-friendly backyard
• Two full bathrooms with plush towels
• A fully equipped kitchen w/ Keurig & French press for coffee
• Direct access to a tranquil year-round creek and pond
• Swing set, books, and kids toys
Make yourselves at home at our welcoming family rental, tucked right off the highway for easy access and located just 20 minutes outside of Missoula. Large windows let the sunlight in, and heavy-duty blackout curtains keep it out. The spacious driveway means surprise guests are no problem. Pop out the back door to relax in the spacious covered seating area or cozy up in the ultra-comfortable living room for a movie with the family.
Whether you're hiking nearby trails, popping in for a one-night stay, or enjoying a cozy night in, this retreat offers the perfect blend of nature and comfort.
This apartment features plenty of parking space, a private entry, high-speed Wi-FI, and a stay you'll want to book again and again.
Enjoy the house, covered seating area, play set, and fully fenced yard all to yourselves. The creek and pond are shared areas with the neighbors, but it’s rare to find anyone else out there besides the birds.
This is a multi-family house, as it used to be a bed & breakfast. The house has an upstairs and downstairs unit; this listing is for the *downstairs* half of the house, and private lower yard. The two units are completely separated, and each space has its own private entrance. The door connecting the spaces is always locked. The back yard may sometimes feel like a shared space, as you may hear kids or dogs playing above you or in the upper yard. There is a privacy fence separating the halves of the yard, so you will not have to interact with anyone else during your stay. Please feel free to contact me with any questions!
There are two outdoor security cameras facing the driveway & front door for security purposes.

This property is amazing. The interior is beautiful with updated appliances and a variety of cookware. Did most of the cooking on the Blackstone on the deck looking at the gorgeous view of the mountains. The outside play structure was great for our grandson and the fire pit next to the stream was great for late night smores. The beds were very comfortable. Kerstin is a great host being quick to respond to questions.

My daughter and son-in-law stayed to celebrate his birthday. They stated that they loved the home and would definitely be back.

Clean, well kept place with a nice view of the mountains from the back deck. Hot tub was a great bonus, nice to sit and listen to the creek in the back yard. Host helped us find a great place to go out for dinner. Thanks for a great stay.
