About this house rental
This charming, comfortable five-bedroom home in the center of town is a convenient home base for your activities in and around Missoula. Relax in beds and furniture carefully chosen for comfort. Work with a large-screen monitor in a private office that doubles as one of the bedrooms. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to a grocery store with a deli, bakery, and an espresso and juice bar. Also nearby are a gym and a pedestrian path to the river, downtown, and shopping.
On the main floor of the house is the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and four bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is set up as an office/TV room with a sofa bed that sleeps one adult or two kids comfortably. Our partially finished lower level is newly remodeled with a bedroom, a second full bathroom, and a laundry room. There is strong internet throughout the house. The yard is private and large, with a patio table and chairs during warm months.
While we love to host families and small groups of friends, please note that this is not a location for large gatherings or family reunions. Only guests in the booking are allowed at the property, unless you have prior approval.
Guests have private use of the house and yard, but not to the detached garage. There is free parking in the driveway and anywhere on the street.
We make ourselves scarce for guest privacy, but we are available if needed. For longer stays, cleaning occurs once a week; we will notify you in advance of the cleaning schedule.
