No unauthorized guests are permitted. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. If you wish to have one or two visitors during your stay, prior approval is required. No additional overnight guests are allowed. The home accommodates a maximum of 7 overnight guests, with no more than 10 people permitted on the property at any time.
We require a $500 security deposit hold prior to checking in.

Property was very clean. Little farther from the beach than I would like. However, the neighborhood and surrounding areas was very nice. Close to Ft. Lauderdale and not to far from Miami. Great for day trips!

The place was nice enough but the backyard wasn’t clean nor was the pool. The sitting area under the tiki hut was very dirty and I had to scare off the stray cats.

Stayed here with a friend for a few days. Nicely decorated and plenty of space, which was stocked well. Appreciated the washer/dryer. However pool wasn’t clean, fridge leaked and there was only warm water in one bathroom. Shower curtains were moldy. Very slow response from rental property. Pretty far walk to the beach.
Cute place, but would not stay again.
