The bunk bed — including the upper bunk — carries inherent risks such as falling or injury. By booking this property, you acknowledge and accept these risks on behalf of yourself and your entire party.

BUNK BED RULES
Children under 6 years old must not use the upper bunk under any circumstances.
Maximum weight capacity is 110 lbs MAX on top bunks. Do not exceed this limit
Always use the ladder to get on and off the upper bunk. Never jump or climb the frame.
One person per bunk at a time — no exceptions.
No jumping, roughhousing, or rough play on or around the bunk bed.
Children using the upper bunk must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
If you notice any damage, loose hardware, or safety concerns, stop use immediately and notify the host.

By completing your reservation, you (the guest) and all members of your party agree to the following:
You assume full responsibility for any injury, accident, or property damage that may result from use of the bunk bed. Great property and well equipped. Wonderful family place, close to the beach. Nikki was an awesome host who was easy to reach and extremely accommodating! We will be coming back here for sure.

Our host Nikki was excellent and was available for any needs. The house is nice and accomodated our needs. The pool was lovely and my family used the hot tub. The yard is somewhat small but was secure for our dog.Overall a lovely stay.

Endless Summer was the perfect home for our 10 person vacation. It was clean, spacious and the outside area was perfect for relaxing The hosts were amazing; they responded immediately to any question we may have had. It is also close to stores, restaurants and the beach. Hopefully we will be back soon.

For the days we didn't make it to the beach, lounging in the yard, in the pool, or in the hot tub was all we needed.Communication from the host was A.The only regret is that we didn't book it for a couple of days longer.
