Welcome to sunny Saint Pete! My place is centrally located so that you can get to downtown shopping, restaurants and the new Pier—or drive to the Gulf beaches—in less than 15 minutes.
The guest suite is separate from the house and has its own parking. Let yourself in via private entrance using the keyless lock.
The space includes a kitchenette with sink, mini fridge and cooking options. Fast wifi, 55" 4K TV with streaming apps, and a full-size soaking tub are a few of the many comforts.

GUEST ACCESS
The entire guest suite is yours, the paved walkway has outdoor seating, and there’s ample parking for two vehicles, a camper, small boat, etc.

This property was accurately listed and perfect for my work trip. It was extremely clean and the bed was so comfortable. The decor was very well done and there was everything you would need here. The mini fridge had a separate freezer which was great and the hosts supplied me with plenty of coffee. I will definitely be back.

In a safe quiet neighborhood with a private entrance and driveway, this room is beautifully appointed with lots of amenities. The kitchenette is well furnished, with mini fridge/freezer, stainless steel cookware and hot plate, and microwave. It has two comfortable trundle mattresses. Beach gear is in a locker. The owner David was quickly responsive and accommodating.
