Luxury home, Pool & Spa, steps from Cedar Springs

Did you hear that everyone is calling Dallas "Little New York"? No, we didn't either, but it's still pretty great. And for the price of a hotel in Manhattan, you can stay in a 3000 sq. ft house with a large heated pool and spa, 3 gas fireplaces, giant bedrooms, and in one of the most desirable neighborhoods right next to downtown. This home is perfect if you want a family vacation, to enjoy the nightlife of Cedar springs, relax by the pool, or just get away in style.

The space:
A lot of properties use bunk beds and multiple beds in the same room to maximize the number of people that can fit into the space. That's not the case with this home - it is set up for space and comfort. There are two huge bedrooms, one with a king bed, and one with a queen. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with plenty of room to spare. All bedrooms have their own Roku smart TV. There is a large living room with a 4-person breakfast table and a separate dedicated dining room with a 6-person table.

The 2nd bedroom has a permanent, dedicated workspace, and there is a collapsible desk that can be set up in the sitting room if you're on a working holiday.

For the outdoor space, there are 3 separate entertaining areas:
* an undercover 6-person dining area, with a light and fan
* a partially shaded, large 5-seater lounge area with a coffee table next to the BBQ and gas fireplace
* a partially shaded area with 3 comfortable seats and a table, perfect for an afternoon kiki and cocktail

If entertaining isn't your thing, you can lay out on one of the two lounge chairs and catch some rays (don't forget the sunscreen, that Dallas sun gets hot!). To cool off, you can jump into the large pool. If it's a little chilly out, the pool can be heated for an additional charge during your stay, or you have access to the spa.

At the rear of the property, there is a detached garage and in-law apartment. The apartment is used by the owner and other guests but has a separate, private entrance (you'll never even know someone is there). The garage has 2 driveways, a single and a double. You are welcome to park on the double driveway, which is accessible from the lane behind the property; however, there is usually free, unrestricted street parking right outside the front door.

The pool can be heated for an additional charge (85 degrees max, 10am-8pm)

* $75/day in October/April
* $100/day in November/March
* $200/day December through February (weather permitting)

Because this listing is in the city and we have neighbors close by on all sides, we do not allow parties or loud music. Please be respectful.

The third full bathroom in the listing is located outside the main house but is accessible from the yard. It has a full shower and is great for avoiding walking through the house with wet feet.

Parking is limited to two cars in the driveway. Do not park in the single driveway. This is for another property. Do not park in the lot next to the house. You will get towed. There is street parking available in the neighborhood.
