Guest house studio as well with private kitchen and bath and washer and dryer by pool area( 4th Bathroom) . driveway for 4-5 cars. Located in central Oaklawn with walking distance to Kroger grocery, restaurants and night life entertainment/bars/restaurants. Property also includes personal drive way. smart TVs high speed WiFi, king bed, queen beds and sleeper sofas. Can sleep 10 people

When we walked in we smelled mold everywhere. He blamed it on previous guest leaving a cigar. Everytime i had a complaint from pool to bathrooms not being cleaned he wanted me to contact cleaning people and not him. They need to fire the cleaning service i have a lot of pictures of the counter tops and toilets NOT cleaned at all, we had to mop and sweep it was crumbs all over and spills on the floor. Holes were in doors and cabinet draws were broken. I was afraid to be blamed for all the things. We didnt stay the whole weekend family was a little uncomfortable there. Wanted a refund because the pricing was really for the area not the house itself. He wouldn't even give his that. We have been to A LOT of HomeAways and this is the FIRST we dont feel like home. Hopefully the owner will get some things fixed and in order before renting out again.
