For those attending a wedding or looking for a new backdrop for special occasions, The Inn at West Settlement, Roxbury Barn, Stone Tavern Farm, and Maple Shade Farm are all within a short drive from the cabin.
Please note that winter weather can be unpredictable, so be sure to check the forecast and plan accordingly. The road to the cabin is a single lane dirt country road that may have potholes, so drive carefully. The driveway is uphill and requires a 4WD or AWD vehicle for access. If you are unfamiliar with driving in the snow, be sure to research tips online before your visit.
The cozy loft is accessible only by a metal ladder, so guests should be comfortable with climbing. Families with young children may not find this cabin suitable due to the loft bed and there are no curtains on the windows, allowing for plenty of natural light in the mornings. Don`t forget your sleeping mask if you are sensitive to light.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
No changes to check-in or check-out times are possible from Memorial Day through Labor Day, or on holidays. Outside of those dates, time adjustments may be possible with at least 24 hours’ notice and are subject to availability. An hourly fee may apply for significant changes.
- We have awesome neighbors; help keep us awesome neighbors too.
- No parties. Only the number of guests on the reservation should be in the house. Let Host know of daytime guests.
- No smoking. If you must smoke, do so outdoors only and extinguish when done then put in the garbage.
-Dogs are allowed with approval and additional fee.
- No ATV`s, snowmobiles, fireworks or firearms.
- Quiet hours 9PM to 8AM, keep outdoor noise to a minimum.
- Commercial filming and photography permissible with additional fee.
Non-Refundable Reservations:
Some reservations are non-refundable because the guest selected the discounted non-refundable rate at checkout, or because the booking was made close to the arrival date and falls within Airbnb’s non-refundable window. After Airbnb’s standard 24-hour grace period (if applicable), no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be issued for any reason.

As someone who lives in the inner city who has a love for the outdoors, I don't get out to experience the woods as often as I'd like. This cabin was everything it said it would be and more. The manager / host was quick to answer any / all of my questions. Highly recommend for anyone that could use a self retreat.
