I loved how minimal but effecient the furniture was. The vanity was perfect for getting ready for all the local events we went to. The bed was comfortable, ac worked perfect, and kicthen had everything we needed.
The only downfall is the sizing of the actual main areas. I’m 5 foot tall and my boyfriend is 6’3”, so the space was perfectly fine for me but, anyone 5’5” or taller would really not be too comfortable with the kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom was perfectly fine, average sizing, but showering and just being in the bathroom or kitchen were smaller than average.

The location was perfect for my dog & me! Close to hiking in all directions, food establishments across the street at Layla’s and down the block as well! Stewart gas station within walking distance!
It seemed to be a historic building, steeper stairs in those days . The hot and cold water was interesting to regulate. Wish it had a stove top and not an old hot plate.

Bed was comfortable, air conditioners worked well. Location was convenient for me. Host was very responsive and always answered my emails promptly. There was a code to get into the front door which I received in a timely manner. The host should probably add this to the instructions for using the code. #1. should be to touch the blank code pad to bring up the numbers!! Kitchen was well-supplied and coffee was available.
Not a problem this visit, but the site has 3 apartments. Only one is available now. But all three will share a bathroom in the future and that would not be something I would want. It worked fine for me this time as the only guest. The host expressed concern about the plumbing and not blocking the toilet. That made me kind of nervous.

Location was terrific. The kitchen was well equipped with coffee and owner left us bottled water. TV and Internet good. Bed was comfortable.
Needs a place to hang clothing other than a coat rack. Needs a small table lamp as the only light other than the 4 huge fluorescents was a tiny night light. Low dormer ceilings especially in bathroom. Sign asking that toilet paper not be flushed but collected in a bin.
