About this apartment rental
We look forward to welcoming you to our new vacation rental in the heart of Saxony.
The apartment is located in the small village of Malkwitz in a traffic-calmed zone.
Here, you can relax and enjoy your days off on the sunny terrace. We are a smoke-free and allergy-friendly home. For this reason, we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets.
The Wermsdorf and Northern Saxony regions invite you to linger with their countless hiking and biking trails, as well as unique attractions.
The newly furnished 55m² vacation rental is located on the first floor. It offers plenty of space for 2 adults and a toddler (up to 2 years old). The highlight of the vacation rental is the spacious sauna. Please note that an additional fee of €22 applies for using the sauna on-site.
The bright and inviting bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and a closet with a safe.
The open-concept kitchen, with its living and dining areas, adjoins the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances (induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster). In addition to these appliances, you’ll also find dishes and the necessary cooking utensils in our kitchen.
The spacious bathroom features a shower/toilet, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and our highlight: the built-in sauna.
We, of course, provide bed linens and towels in the apartment.
To ensure a relaxing stay with us, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a selection of books are available.
Optional bookable services:
- Overnight stay for a child (ages 0–3) 11.07 EUR per night
- 1 baby crib 11.07 EUR per night
- Sauna package surcharge 24.36 EUR per stay
