About this castle / palace rental
We have completed the renovation of the spacious castle apartment in July 2012. There is much value laid on the stylish and high quality furnishing (oak wood floor boards, terracotta floor tiles, and antique furniture). The floor heating is operated with wood over the furnace. The shop selling firewood is right next to the apartment and is free of cost. The family bedroom has a super size double bed (1.60 x2m) and an elevated bed made of wood (carpentry work) for children. We have set up a small library for our guests. All baby equipment can be provided upon request (high chair, cot/travel bed). The bathroom has a washer, dryer and a changing table. We bring fresh breakfast bread rolls in the mornings for you. Rabbits, cat, dog and pigeons live on the farm. Our fallow deer preserve is in the castle park with occasional monitoring.
Outside there is a jungle gym with two slides. On the farm live rabbit, a cat, a dog and pigeon. Our game reserve with opportunities for animal watching is in the castle grounds. We have a very large collection of DVDs and games for every age, which of course you may borrow, so that there is no boredom on rainy days. Just light the chimney and unpack the board!

Wir waren das zweite Mal zu Gast und sind wieder vollends begeistert. Kleine Küken und eine schwangere Ginger, ein echtes Geweih und Jeden Tag Ausflüge zu Boot auf dem hauseigenen See mit anschließenden Spaziergängen durch den traumhaften Wald. Der Austausch mit den Gastgebern und die Erfüllung kleiner extra Wünsche hat unseren einwöchigen Urlaub abgerundet. Eine Auszeit bei Familie von Carlowitz - definitiv eine neue Familientradition für uns.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit Charme und Charakter. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet mit allem was wir gebraucht haben. Die Lage direkt an einem See ist traumhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir sind mit unseren beiden Kindern für eine Woche nach Heyda gefahren und kommen definitiv wieder. Es war wunderschön. Wir konnten die Abende vor dem Kamin sehr genießen. Die Kinder waren begeistert von dem Kinderzimmer und den Verkleidungskisten. Das Hochbett auf der zweiten Ebene war noch ein weiteres Highlight. Alles was man zum Kochen und im Alltag benötigte war da. Bei kleinen Anliegen kümmerten sich Herr und Frau von Carlowitz sofort darum und kein Wunsch blieb offen.Auch Wildroster und Rehrücken aus eigener Jagd. Für uns als Familie war es perfekt. Wir konnten mit dem hauseigenem Boot fahren, auf dem Gelände gab es einen Grill und eine Feuerschale, eine große Schaukel und Trampolin, Tischtennisplatte, Roller und Laufrad, Kaninchen usw. Die Gastgeber sind kommunikativ und sehr freundlich und offen. Eine Woche in der Wohnung und der Umgebung - Seelenglättung. Sehr zu empfehlen.
