The host was very friendly and accommodating. We had a slight language barrier (German host, primarily English speakers as guests). Despite this, there was a great sense of welcoming and accommodation throughout our stay. The slight language barrier didn’t matter. She gave us hiking and swimming recommendations that were well appreciated. The location was perfect for experiencing Titisee. Everything you’d want is in a very short walk. The restaurants in the area were not the best, but that has nothing to do with the host. It’s a beautiful property and we (me and my wife) would have enjoyed staying even longer than we did!
