The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Just across the road you will find a local supermarket and deli. 5 minute walk to the lake front of Queenstown with no hills- which is rare in this beautiful alpine town. Just a stroll to the many restaurants, cafes, shops and bars. Perfect for a ski holiday as the busses for the mountain stop close by.
This property has a custom-built drying room for the ski season. Now you can wake up to warm and dry ski equipment every morning! :-)

The dining area connects the kitchen with the lounge and has a beautiful dining table.
The lounge is spacious and has a comfy leather couch, a comfy chair where you can relax after a long day and watch the 55" TV. The TV has Netflix access using your own login,.
Leading off the lounge there is a great outdoor area for you to use and an outdoor area for relaxing in the sunshine.
Bedroom 1 - 1 x kingsize bed which can split - (so potentially two separate single beds). This spacious bedroom is the perfect place to lay your head after a long day in the mountains. This room also has a single bed
Bedroom 2 = 1 x King bed - The room is cosy but has drawers and hanging space for clothes, and a wardrobe.

Bathroom - There is a walk-in corner shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail, and plenty of hanging space for toilet bags and towels. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are included.
