Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße im Wohngebiet, von der aus man in ungefähr zehn bis zwanzig Minuten am Meer ist (nicht am Strand, aber am Meer). Es war richtig schön und ansprechend dekoriert, die Küche super ausgestattet und riesig groß, Rollos und Mückenschutz vorhanden, die Betten bequem und es gab sehr viel Platz. Die Duschen waren total super - guter Wasserdruck, Regendusche, groß und schick. Die Terrasse ist wie in vielen US-Unterkünften eher spartanisch gebaut und eingerichtet. Es gibt einen einfachen Tisch mit Stühlen - aber keine Loungemöbel oder Ähnliches. Immerhin eine hübsche Lichterkette. Aber ein guter Grill war auch vorhanden - das war ein Pluspunkt.
