Apartamento Playa Jablillo

The location was perfect for us and there was everything we needed in the apartment we have already booked another stay

We we’re happy with the property apart from having to go out of the property and walk round to the front into the property gate to access the pool area

Location, Size, Facilities, Pool(even tho it was freezing)

The only drawback was having to right round to the front to access the pool, For the upstairs apartments it’d be a good idea to have a spiral staircase from the balcony down to the pool area, especially if one needs the toilet..

Great restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The location is fabulous. You are within walking distance of bars, restaurants, shops and the beach.The pool is nice. Beds are comfortable, and there are loads of beach towels that you can use, so there is no need to purchase any. We were glad of the sweeping brush to hold the bathroom door shut 😂 The kitchen was well equipped, and the balcony was a good size.

Cushions, instead of pillows on beds and the pillows we found, were stained. The duvets weren't clean. Duvet covers were old and need updating. The bathroom door was broken and wouldn't stay closed or locked. We told Diego about the bathroom door and that the fans weren't working, and he said he would send someone from maintenance however nobody turned up. It did say in the description that the apartment has air-conditioning, but it was not air-conditioning it was a ceiling fan that didn't work properly and this has now been removed from the facilities description.There were a couple of cockroaches in the kitchen that we had to dispose of. It should state on the description that you can only gain entry to the apartment via stairs so you are aware at the time of booking and there's only one set of keys. You can only gain entry to the pool through a locked gate, which is accessed on the road front, not ideal if you have children. Overall, it's a good apartment, but could do with updating and need to add pictures of the stairs so you are aware.
