It was a nice location .. very touristy but obviously you expect that on Ao Nang beach. The beach was nice and it was a stones throw from 7/11 Has some nice restaurants and it was nice that the coffee shops / bars put out board games on the tables .. it nice not to be sat on your phone, instead playing traditional games.

Nice pool side area. Need more sunbeds as they are taken quickly if you’re not up early to reserve one. Signs say the towels are removed after 2hrs but not sure if this rule is enforced. Room was clean and AC worked well. Ao nang nightmarket is so close and so are many other good restuarants and bars. 20ish minute walk to the beach for the fire shows.

The location was amazing. So close to the beach where you can catch a long tail boat to Railey. (Not great for swimming right by hotel) But the boat excursions from the area (ex. To poda) were wonderful. It was a short walk to the coolest outdoor night market we’ve ever seen. Breakfast was delicious. Fresh food and a great variety. Staff were incredibly friendly and hard working. The staff were always cleaning, polishing and taking care of the hotel and the guests. The pool was always very clean. The hotel has great management and organization. There was one female bartender at the pool bar that made the best frozen pina coladas we’ve ever tasted. The margaritas were great as well. Loved 2 for 1 happy hour. We got attached rooms because we were travelling with out teenage daughters and this worked perfectly! They came in and cleaned everyday.

Location is great, the pool was nice, staff is extremely hospitable and kind, breakfast buffet was decent but unfortunately the positives end there.

Hotel is charging an extremely high premium for what amounts to a 3 star facility at best if not for the onsite restaurant. My room specifically had plumbing issues with the shower both with temperature (water did not get warm at all) and water pressure. The restroom also had mold all over the tiles, leading me to believe that it is in desperate need of a deep clean. Beyond that, the bed was the hardest of all the hotels I've stayed in Thailand during this trip. Hotel has a gym but it is extremely basic (treadmill, elliptical, and some dumbbells). If you can get this hotel for a good price, I'll say go for it since the location is excellent and the facilities are adequate but if they are charging you what they charged me then I would say look at other options since there are many around the area.

Holiday Style Ao Nang is a centrally located hotel on the main Ao Nang beach street. You have to walk around 150m inside from the street, as the main entrance to the hotel is not on the main street Overall hotel is a basic level place to stay - the rooms and hallways are a bit dated - I guess the hotel doesn't want you to stay indoors as after all you're in KRABI! It's basically an apartment complex with hundreds of rooms in each building - hallways have 20+ rooms on each floor POSITIVES (+) Location is the best part of the facility as you can walk to any bar, restaurant, market, beach which are all in near vicinity (+) The pool inside is quite large and welcoming - and if you are living in a room with your own private pool then it gets even nicer (+) Decent breakfast (won't say its the best I have had) which covers all basic things - both for religious sensitive & food sensitive people e.g., hindus/muslims, vegans etc. (+) Staff at the pool bar and restaurant is quite supportive (+) The gallery in each room is very welcoming as it helps you not only enjoy a nice view outside but also an opportunity to dry your clothes - as they mostly stay wet due to being in KRABI :)

NEGATIVES (-) At the time of check-in, the man who greeted us seemed phased out as wasn't interested to share many details like location of our room as there are multiple buildings in the facility. We got lost a couple of times and finally found the right way. He also didn't inform us about onsite gym, pool timing etc. (-) Stringent policy: They have a policy of charging 500 BAHT if you forget the key card provided. (-) Rooms and washrooms are quite basic - not much space inside the rooms if you're travelling with big or extra luggage Overall - basic level hotel which offers all basic amenities to you. If you're interested in staying outside the room throughout the day and only come back for a good night sleep then go for it! Rating: 6 / 10

We had a great stay at the Holiday Style hotel in Ktabi The hotel is very clean. confortable and we'll maintained every day The breakfast buffet is excellent and varied Thanks to all the staff for the seriousness and always smiling. polite and attentive to our needs The rooms are cleaned and the bathroom linen is changed every day Shout-out to the manager who was amazing to folks and train properly its employees who are doing great job. Good customer service and proactive Thank you to Toukta went above and beyond offering colorful service. We can feel her appetite to welcome the guests like at home very guenuine person she is an asset in that hotel The hotel is located opposite the beach 3 swimming pools and a garden for relaxing Everything is perfect I am very satisfied with this hotel I recommend it and I will come back

The breakfast buffet, the reception area, very goopd location of the hotel just opposite to Ao Nang beach (where nobody seems to swim because there are better beaches in the islands tours) and 5 min walk to the Night Market. Not so far from the deck where you can take a boat to Tinidee Beach and Tonsai beach, about 5 min walk too. Hotel is convivial, different types of pools

Towels for the pools not indicated clearly and not refilled mots of the time. Some rooms are located where there is smell from the water drainages? Water bottles were in glass bottles, so you can't bring them along with you elsewhere, but it is more sustainable of course. The hotel had another one with almost the same name, so the 1st time, our taxi dropped us to another hotel and we had to walk with our luggage to the correct one, which is in fact very near. Just be aware it is not Holiday, but Holiday Style hotel when you book your grab.

My holiday with my family was crushed by this hotel.

Dirty, we had to change our hotel rooms, some kind of bed bugs/ tick on the bed, inside the cover, on the table. It was just bad. When i reached home, we took all our Used and unused Clothes to the laundry to Wash and steam our Clothes.

Close to the night market and the beach.

The number of people from India that are very inconsiderate at the dining room and the pool. The walk to your room can be far with no shelter when it's pouring rain. The cocktails by the pool were used with the cheapest alcohol and didn't taste how they were supposed to. The toiletries in the room did not get replenished. The towels need replacing, they are thin and grey. Breakfast is terrible.

The breakfast was good. A good range to choose from and good times. Loved the location of the hotel. Pools were great. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

The TV channels. Not many English speaking and the action Hollywood movies were all very very old. Only English speaking channels were all just about the war with Israel & Iran, it was very depressing. Internet was a little poor reaching our room and we had to keep going outside to reconnect.
