Very clean. The concept with the breakfast vouchers in the local cafe is very nice. The balcony and the location are fabulous. Even with my critique I would book again for the price I paid.
Breakfast wasn’t explained (there are small vouchers which are on the desk in your room for cafe95. you can get a coffee / espresso and a bakery item). What you can get specifically with the voucher changes by day and staffmember you order with at the cafe. One day I was able to get hot chocolate, the other it was only coffee / espresso. It wasn’t easy to find the entrance to the hotel handing out the keys. When I did it took more than 10 minutes and many calls to find my room key. For key return there was nobody at the reception and I had to wait 10 minutes. Acceptable to me, just so you are aware and plan accordingly :) Broken toilet seat and allot of limestone on the showerheads and the small coffeemachine in the hallway. Room was closer to 25sqm than 35sqm.

La camera e bella la doccia spettacolare,
La camera molto pulita include 2 kit asciugamani e vari saponi letto molto comodo frigo bar e ti offrono anche il caffè in capsule.
Posizione centrale vicino il porto molto suggestiva da visitare e piena locali bar e da ristoranti
Dal garage dove abbiamo parcheggiato siamo dovuti andare a piedi fino ad un hotel che ci ha dato le chiavi del b&b poi dall hotel samo dovuti tornare indietro al b&b un po' scomodo per chi non ama camminare a piedi.
Laria condizionata e da riguardare lo split in bagno non funzionava e lo split in camera funziona ma poi va in blocco non è riuscito a riscaldare la stanza che era un po' umida forse anche perché e d'inverno

Tutto perfetto.
Alle 21 di sera stanco morto l host non rispondeva a telefono e ho dovuto recuperare le chiavi d ingresso a 300 MT di distanza.
