About this house rental
On the ground floor: living room with dining room, large kitchen. Double room, bathroom with large walk-in shower, bathroom (large bath with shower area), 2 separate toilets with hand wash. Laundry room with washing machine.
Upstairs, a warm living room with Art Deco furniture, with a nice library, and right next to a small kitchen, very practical. 3 double bedrooms, two with bathroom (sink for one and toilet for the other).
Large private garden, not enclosed, bordered by hedges, of 3400 m 2. This region of the country of Avre and Iton will also offer you beautiful walks, tourist discoveries and leisure opportunities nearby. The cottage is equipped with a cot and a high chair. A rural setting as one dreams, with its small paths to go for a walk, fields and grasslands, small woods or beautiful forests, and calm! Little Normandy is a property of 2 hectares with 3 pretty gites completely independent and isolated; Cow-cottage is it on a large garden surrounded by hedges of which part is wooded: very nice. This traditional house has a lot of character and is really ideal for your small tribe thanks to its beautiful volumes, a judicious layout, always with the concern for your comfort. Swimming pool of 5x10 meters, covered and heated (open from 15 May to 30 September depending on the weather, the roof is not uncovered), friendly room with table football and wellness area with spa and sauna. These relaxation areas are common to the 3 lodgings and accessible for your lodging by a WhatsApp reservation link.
