Cute interior with a lot of light and space, and of course a nice view, perfect to feel at home even on vacation. The washing machine with products was very useful for us. It was always a pleasure to stay at home and cook nice food. Also very close to Menton Garavan station with good connections for day trips every 30 minutes.
It was quite hot especially at the end of the day. It would have been better to have curtains in the living space or even better would be AC. The portable ventilators made it okay though, we got used to it :)

Pulizia, curata nei dettagli e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Disponibilità e gentilezza da parte dell’host. Zona tranquilla e vicinanza alla stazione del treno.
Passaggio di treni, ma non disturbante per un sonno tranquillo. Materasso del letto singolo scomodo.

Location is good but was little bit up on the heel to walk if someone has feet/legs problems. Apartment was on the second floor.
Was no air conditioning but you can use fans.
