Luxurious and beautifully situated, the apartment is located on the
Avenue Kathrine Mansfield in the Belle Èpoque "Villa Louise".

The "Villa Louise" is located on a quiet little street, on a fenced private property with private communal pool and parking.
The property is just a few minutes walk (5-10 minutes) from the beach, restaurants, shops and train station.
The duplex apartment is located in the 1st. Floor, accessible via the high-ceilinged porch with a lift.
In the lounge there is the kitchen, the dining area and the living room with sofa bed, connected to the living and dining area is a small balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the Maritime Alps and the old town of Menton.
Via a spiral staircase you reach the bedroom, equipped with a French double bed and view of the starry sky above Menton. Also located next to the bedroom, a walk-in small wardrobe and the bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a shower, a toilet and a bidet.
In the entrance area of the apartment there is a guest toilet with sink.
The living and sleeping rooms are not separated by a door.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and a ceramic hob with 4 plates.
Entertainment is provided by a TV with internet connection and radio. So you can reach your usual programs from home. Likewise a WIFI / WLAN connection is available.
All linens, bathroom towels and kitchen towels are provided.
Bring beach towels and everything you need for your beach day.
The community pool is located in the beautiful garden area of the "Villa Louise".
By the pool you will find sun loungers and parasols, which are available to the general public. On the rules for the use of the pool and the Garten.- and Hausanlage is always pay attention. You are responsible for accidents and rule violations. Only in this way does the community work.
The perfect location and connection to the public transport (ZUG u. BUS), allows you to leave your car.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Highlights included the lovely views, the range of high quality kitchen equipment and the extremely comfortable bed! It’s in an excellent location, a very short stroll from the station and we appreciated the calm and quiet. Thank you for our most enjoyable stay.

I really appreciated the apartment. The view is magnificent. Having a private parking lot in Menton is great! The city center is a good 20 min walk off, so be ready to walk a bit. This is a duplex, so the noise in the living room is loud for the kids sleeping upstairs, as there are no doors or physical separation. The sofa bed is uncomfortable, so we took turns who slept upstairs, who slept in the living room. Else, all great!

Verena and Robert's apartment is great. Nicely located in a beautiful villa, with everything you need. Lovely swimming pool to cool off and relax. Nice view over Menton, close to beautiful cities and Menton is also beautiful. The communication with Verena went very well and the key transfer was also very well arranged by Adlene. In short, this apartment is highly recommended by us and we hope to come back here again.

Wir waren als Paar für eine Woche zu Gast in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung. Von Beginn an sehr gute Kommunikation mit unkompliziertem, freundlichen Empfang. Hervorzuheben ist die absolute Sauberkeit und Ordnung der Wohnung. Bei Betreten dieser fühlten wir uns sofort wohl. Der kleine Balkon bietet Platz für 2 Personen, um das Frühstück und das Abendbrot mit Meerblick zu genießen. Mit Blick auf die Altstadt von Menton und dem Mondlicht auf dem Meer wurden die Abende länger und länger....Altstadt, Restaurants und Bahnhof sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Der in Sichtweite liegende Bahnhof stellte für uns keine Lärmbelästigung dar. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend. Sehr empfehlenswert.
