Pearl Rice Garden （cottage style）米樂坊頂層田园式高级公寓

It’s a very spacious duplex unit on the penthouse of One Residence Sekinchan. There are 2 rooms on the lower floor (one small and one large), 4 rooms on the top floor and another on the attic .

The bedsheets, pillow cases and towels are not clean and they have unpleasant smell . The rooms are not well cleaned . The design of the headboard of the beds made it difficult to clean . We spotted crawling spider and spider web and other dirt which are difficult to reach due to its design . The smallest room downstairs had ants on the bed and stain on the bedsheet. There is a water dispenser for hot and cold water but no water jug . My mates preferred very hot water to make coffee but there was none . Only some pots and pans.

Cleanliness & location.

Lack of game set, like UNO etc for family in-house get-togethers.

Everything is good

In One of the double decker room , the toilet ditch smelled bad , and the air-condition is blocked by the bed ladder , that’s why not enough cold for below , suggest ready a small fan to support .
