About this house rental
Bring your family and friends to our cozy , newly built Bright Diamond Villa located on a Gulf access canal. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and views while grilling by the oversized pool. Beautiful location, waterfront with saltwater pool. Modern interior design. Great fishing spot.
- There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths .
- 1st bedroom is master with KING-SIZE bed , walk-in closet ,55-inch HD TV, and full bathroom.
- 2nd bedroom has a twin/full-size bunk bed and cozy office space for work.
- 3rd bedroom with queen size bed.
- Living room has 65 inch HD TV.
- Garage for one vehicle
- There are bikes in the garage to explore Cape Coral ( free of charge)
- Dining and bar area in the kitchen w/ access to full bathroom and bathtub .
- Fishing gear included . Net fishing is prohibited.
- Bright Diamond is suitable for kids and toddlers. We provide baby crib with sheets, high chair ( free of charge, inspected and disinfected before your arrival!).
- Table games, cards for kids and adults to have fun.
- We have 3rd party pontoon tours for the additional cost (pick-up/drop-off of our front canal/backyard) tours through canals/restaurants to the Gulf of Mexico and right to the beach. Captain Victor 630 362 7777 4 hours $350 8 hours 450$.

Only the guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. No third-party booking.
No pets are allowed.
No parties or events.
Quiet hours from 7am-10pm.
No children alone by the pool.
Please don't bring glass out on the pool patio.
- The property is professionally cleaned and inspected before and after each booking to ensure that all guests have a clean, comfortable stay. For longer than 30 days stays professional cleaning is required every 2 weeks.
- The number of guests in booking is firm and was set by the guest at the time of booking. If the guest arrives or occupies the property with more people when booked, he violates the agreement and will be charged according to the amount based on the price in the listing.
- This is a non-Smoking house, only smoke outside. A minimum fee of $250 will be charged for deep cleaning after smoking at the property, no smoking on the pool area.
- In case the house is left badly dirty or with marks, spots, fat drips inside deep clean will be additionally charged with $250 (as we need to order additional cleaning crews for that).
- Please clean drops on the pavers immediately as especially fat or sauce drips not immediately removed will require a pressure wash of the lanai/pavers.
- Use of BBQ is at your own risk. If the tank connected to the BBQ is empty, you can get a refill at the local store.
- If something is damaged during your stay, please mention it to the property manager before you leave, write a note, or send an e-mail. Damage to facility, equipment, or furniture has to be reported immediately by phone or e-mail.
- The pool and garden service companies will normally come once a week or every two weeks depending on the season directly to our property for the usual service/cleaning.
- Pool is on your own risk and responsibility. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or violations.

We, adults & teens, had such a great stay! We came for a baseball tournament weekend and when we weren’t at the ball field, we were fishing the canal and relaxing in the pool. Indoor and outdoor spaces were lovely. The house was super clean and BEYOND well equipped! We very truly had zero issues. Thank you Kaz!!

This house was beautiful and lovely. Great size for grandparents, parents and two kids 3 & 6. The only thing that took us back, we did not realize we would be sharing the pool. And that's why we're giving the 4 stars. The other renters were lovely and only there for three days, but it felt awkward. They were surprised by this arrangement as well. As for the home itself, it's truly sparkling and Kaz was very quick to respond. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed.
