About this house rental
It is a house to relax, in a quiet community and close to markets, gas stations and more. If I want to let you know that the garage of the property is converted into a completely independent apartment and with independent utilities and entrance, it is rented separately from the property, in case you feel any, do not be surprised, the person who is renting the apartment does not have access to any area of the house I just let you know because I think it's important that you take this into account. The person who is in the apartment will not bother you. Apart from this it will be a great stay with good tranquility and with total security thanks

Property was clean but sparse with homey touches - very basic. We had 6 people stay 3 nights without a problem. Many pictures online but still none of the outside or living room. Would recommend for inexpensive and no extras. Great location to the strip though.

The location and size of home was perfect. All amenities one would need minus cups, glasses and silverware. It seems like it is a newer listing and pool chairs would have been perfect. Owner was great at communicating and was always quick to respond. If I’m ever back in Vegas I would book again!

Jose was good at letting us know what needed to be done. Mostly there to answer questions when we needed anything. Kitchen needed a couple more things, but we managed. Two new couches arrived when we were there so seating was good. Beds were comfortable. VERY close to the strip and airport so you can get around for not that much. We had a car so it was perfect. Really did not hear the planes so sleeping is easy because neighborhood is pretty quite.

Pictures look good but on arrival was not exactly the same. First night our kid was running around and literally had black feet. Window blinds are broken. Asked for an early checkin and never got a response back. Never got any info about checkin, code for door, or info on checkout, what needed to be done, until i actually asked. AC was not working which was the worse. Triple digit temps and house stayed at an average of 85 degrees inside. Pool was dirty but we had no choice since ac was not working. Shower curtain was dirty. I would never stay here again. Cheap but its a no for me.
