Our group enjoyed our stay. All necessities were provided and the house was very clean. Our host Ariyani was great with communication and made sure we were taken care of. The pool was and the outdoor space was great to enjoy the warm weather. Overall we had a grand time and felt at home.

Hello, thank you again for allowing us to stay in your lovely rental. Everything was great! The pool was lovely, we really enjoyed it! The place was very clean and welcoming. Loved the little touches, such as leaving the Dish Scapes on with lovely music to greet us! The patio area was so cool with the light up furniture, such a fun touch! The only things I can think of that need attention are the lock on the back slider out to the pool (doesn't work and the chain lock didn't feel real safe to me) and the toilet in the master bath leaks. I was a bit worried about the neighborhood after reading some reviews, but it was fine, just an older neighborhood in Vegas. Other than that, the cleanliness and the decor were great, made us truly feel like we were on vacation!

The property is in some pretty dire need of maintenance. Trims and flashings are very run down. Patio door doesn't slide. Upholstery really needs cleaning, and in some cases sewing repair. Pool needs to be painted. HVAC didn't work 2 of the 6 days we were there. Still, it was suitable. Oh, the neighbourhood isn't good.
