The house is located in a cul-de-sac on an enclosed plot of 750m2 not overlooked. The living area is 128m2 and consists of a kitchen, living room of more than 50m2.
Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave oven, induction hob, integral fridge and freezer.
3 bedrooms including a master suite with shower, sink and toilet. All bedding is 160x200. Bed linen is provided.
We are non-smokers.

Outside: a 25m2 pergola with a Forge-Adour plancha, a barbecue, lounge, garden table and chairs, sunbeds, hammock.

We attach great importance to the hygiene and cleanliness of the pool. Before each arrival, the pool is completely cleaned as well as the filters. The parameters are checked, the water level completed. Light maintenance is carried out in the middle of the stay, in agreement with the holidaymakers, in order to guarantee clean water while respecting their tranquility.
