All in all a nice house, but with a very unpleasant smell coming from somewhere in the kitchen and penetrating the rest of the rooms. Freezer unusable (dirty and caked with ice). Garden overgrown. Windows in the bathroom and one bedroom wouldn't open, respectively close, properly. We informed the owner, who sent someone round, but only the bathroom window was fixed.
